Language Check-Up: Raise your awareness to notice when you are using low energy words and play the SWITCH game. (See pages 18-21 from slide deck.)

Check-in with your buddy as support for one another.

Practice verbal harmlessness: "Keep your words kind and positive, both about others and yourself."

Daily: Choose 3 words to describe how you will experience your day (i.e. calm, peaceful and productive)

Create affirmations or mantras around your desired outcomes (health, wealth, relationships) and recite daily.

Challenge limiting beliefs (doubts or fears) as they arise.

Bonus Materials:

If you are having a not easy time SWITCHING, or are dealing with strong lower-energy thoughts and/or emotions, use either Hakalau or Ho'oponopono as described on the attached Action Items Worksheet.
